FREE Returns and Exchanges
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase in the case of a defect, you can return your order to the warehouse for a full refund (Returns must be in the state you received them, and in the original packaging) or receive another product of your choice that will be shipped to you free of charge. We believe that in order to have the best possible online shopping experience, our customers should not have to pay for return shipping on any defective items. If your item arrives damaged or defective, just go through our easy return process to print out a free return label - your shipping costs are prepaid.

*MEMORY FOAM BEDS - All memory foam beds are compressed and wrapped in a sanitary protective packaging. Once the packaging is removed and the bed is decompressed we can no longer accept any returns. Please place the bed cover on a flat surface to ensure the size is right for your pup before opening the foam.

Full refunds are given as long as a return request is communicated in under 30 days of receiving the order. Easy Return and Exchange Process:
